IPL 2019: three South African player who watch out for
The 12th season of IPL, 2019 IPL is just two week away and the level of our excitement is already high. This IPL will begin on 23rd of march. The very first match will be played between the defending champions CSK and RCB at M.A. Chidambaram Stadium, Chennai.
In the upcoming season, 3 South African players will making their IPL Debut – Hardus Viljoen, Colin Ingram, and Anrich Nortje. On the other hand, there were some big names who went unsold in the 2019th auction – such as Morne Morkel and Dale Steyn
Now, let us consider the three South African players who watch out for in this season.
#3 Anrich Nortje (Kolkata Knight Riders)
Anrich Nortje is a 26 year old right arm pace bowler have entered the IPL auction with the base price of indian rupees 20 lakh. Kolkata Knight Riders sold him at that same cost, so, he will be ready to play his first IPL 2019 of this season.
In the (MSL) Mzansi Super League, Anrich picked up 8 wickets from just 3 matches with the average of 10.5. However, he was rest out from the tournament due to his ankle injury.
Anrich took 162 wickets from just 47 matches, with the average of 25.76 which is good in firts class cricket. He also took 19 wickets from just 12 matches in twenty20s.
Anrich started his ODI career 2019 March against Sri Lanka. and he took 3 wickets from 2 matches so far with the average of 19.33. He is a winning factor for KKR. Nortj impressed to everyone by his different bowling skills. It will ne interesting to see him doing the performance in indian conition.
#2 Quinton de Kock (Mumbai Indians)

Quinton de kock is a 26-year-old wicket keeper left hand explosive batsman. He is one of the best wicketkeeper batsman of the world.He plays from strike rate of 130.52. He was the Cricketer of the Year at South Africa’s of 2017 annual awards.
However, In the IPL tournament, Quinton has played for SRH(2013), Delhi Daredevils (DD) in (2014-2017) and also for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in (2018). This year he will be playing for Mumbai Indians (MI) after they brought him from RCB in the transfer window.
He has amassed 927 Runs from just 34 matches with the strike rate of 130.37, with 1 century and 6 half centuries. He will be the opening batsman of Mumbai Indians.
#1 AB de Villiers (Royal Challengers Bangalore)
ABD has a strike rate of 174.54 in IPL
Ab De villiers is a 35-year-old and he has retired from international cricket in 2018, but he continues to the domestic league like IPL , PSL and big Bash in the T20 leagues.
Everyone introduced with his ability, eligibility and his skill. AB is one of the best skillfull player in the globe. He hit any ball in any direction. Ab is very perfect player of cricket whether it is batting or whether it is fieling. He is one of the best fielder of the globe. AB is one of the few overseas players who has played all the season of IPL. He has played for Delhi Daredevils (DD) in (2008-2010) and Rayal Challengers bangalore in (2011-present). He scored 3953 runs from just 141 matches with the average of 40.52 and a tremendous st rike rate of 150.93. He has 2 centuries in vivo IPL 2018 with a massive strike rate of 174.54.
